unknown number and no one on the phone would speak, annoying

this call came on my cell phone but I did not answer it

Couldn't hear first caller ssked for return number. Call back and spoke with Ryen Cruz (he spelled it that way)who claimed to be head of cybercrimes. He went into long spiel about people coming to my house and workplace to put me in jail. Asked why he was calling and he repeated it. Asked more questions about the company all he said was Cash Advance. I asked him if was trying to collect money, if so, how much. He told me he didn't want money. Wanted to see me in jail and hung up again. I called back and he finally gave me the account he was using. It was a checking account I closed last year because of fraud. I told him the account was closed because fraud. He cursed me out and hung up.

I answered the phone with "hello" and person calling did not respond. I said "hello" again, still no response. Caller did not disconnect, so I hung up the phone. What is this? I am on the Do Not Call registry.

Unknown caller, rude hours

left a voice mail (which i could not retrieve) at 5:57 p.m.

Never says anything.

i keep getting phone call from payday loans saying i owe them money which i havent applied for so they r taking money out of my checking accnt this is one of them

Individual stated that i recieved a loan online and did not pay and thus was being taken to court. These people had my full name, Date of birth, Social, email, and bank account number.

India moron that has no clue about the laws of the US threatens to have two men serve papers on me and haul me to federal court the next morning. I told them if they show, they will be arrested, or worse...much worse. That rattles them and they don't know how to respond if its not on their little script. Go right at them, scare them good, they always back down.
